Terry Stockberger is a Project Manager with Air Consulting and Engineering Solutions in Houston, Texas. She has over 13 years of environmental consulting experience with significant air quality compliance experience in preparing emissions inventories, toxic release inventories, permit amendments, standard exemptions, disaster reviews, startup, shutdown and malfunction (SSM) plans, maintenance, startup and shutdown (MSS) permits and Title V updates.
