Shailesh Deshpande is a Senior Project Manager with Air Consulting and Engineering Solutions and has over 14 years of experience in the field of environmental engineering. He has been involved with numerous projects related to air quality services including emissions inventories, permitting and regulatory compliance. He has been involved in these projects at varying levels either as a project manager, task leader, or as an onsite or off-site consultant. This has helped him develop a firm understanding of the impact of environmental regulations on the petrochemical, refining and polymer manufacturing industries, along with expertise in implementing projects with realistic schedules within budgetary constraints, while achieving their objectives. Mr. Deshpande has extensive experience with the major regulations impacting the chemical industry, including the HON, MACT, NESHAPs, NSPS, Title V and the Texas Clean Air Act. His master’s degree program and work experience have helped him develop a strong understanding of the fundamental concepts that affect the field of chemical and environmental engineering. In addition, he has conducted groundwater and soil remediation projects involving the development and application of new remediation technologies.
