ACES staff has established the following standard policies:
Insurance
ACES offers a standard health insurance package to its employees, which includes medical, dental, vision and disability coverage. ACES pays 100% of the insurance cost for employees, and pays most of the cost for family coverage.
401K
ACES provides a 401K to each employee with a fixed company contribution of 4% of salary, regardless of each employee's elected 401k contribution.
PTO
Each employee accrues a specific number of hours each year available for use as Paid Time Off as specified below. PTO will be used not only for Vacation Time, but also for Sick Leave, Jury Duty and Witness Leave. Employees receive a number of paid days off (using a basis of 8 hours per day) based upon the number years of service:

| 4+ - 9 years | 19 days |
| 9+ - 15 years | 24 days |
| 15+ years | 26 days |
Hours of Operation
ACES operates on a 9/80 work period during which employees work 80 hours during 9 days, on a flexible schedule. Consequently, every other Friday is considered a day off.
Staff Meetings
Regular staff and safety meetings are held the first Monday of each month. This provides an excellent opportunity for all employees to participate in company status and decision-making meetings.
Holidays
ACES recognizes 8 holidays throughout the year. Each holiday constitutes an 8-hour day.
Compensation
ACES pays on a bi-weekly schedule. Any billable hours worked over 80 billable hours in a two-week period will be accrued as Bonus Paid Time Off. This time may be used at any later date. Comp time will be used in place of overtime in most cases.
